Insitute for Positive Living's Annual Fundraiser--Opening Night of August Wilson's JITNEY
The event begins with a gala reception on the 4th floor of the Chicago Theological Seminary at 1407 E. 60th Street followed by a "jitney trolley" ride to the Court Theatre for the 8:00 p.m. opening night performance of JITNEY. This event supports the continuation of the institute's safe haven programs including Open Book, male mentoring, technology learning lab, HIV awareness and school based counseling. .
