through pre-K programs to charter public schools. Canada’s work
with the Harlem Children’s Zone has inspired Senator Barack Obama to
propose launching 20 such Innovation Zones across the US.

Yes I have heard of severl cases where area offices said "here are your choices" they are from the "approved" list! however, any principal candidate i have seen has less than 5 years CPS...
