November 2010: Improving parent-teacher relationships
Everyone benefits from good parent-teacher relationships, but that doesn't make them easy. Some situations are difficult to navigate. For instance, your child says his teacher is picking on him and they are not getting along. Or you think your child is struggling academically or being bullied, and the teacher does not seem to be doing anything about it. And no one at school responds to you and your child's needs. What do you do?
