1995-96: Remediation
1996-97: Probation
1999-2000: Re-engineering
2000-2001: Intervention

New/Previous Leadership:  Larry Thomas, principal of Coles Elementary takes over from Major Armstead, who was tapped by central office to be South Shore's interim principal in late 1999. Armstead replaced contract principal Frank Horton, who retired.  Horton had been chosen by South Shore's LSC in 1995.
