New/Previous Leadership:  Gloria Archbold, principal at Leland Elementary, was drafted by the board in mid-August after Frederick McNeal, principal of Mayo Elementary, opted out. McNeal was picked in June to replace Loretta Lesley, a former Von Steuben assistant principal appointed in 1999 to replace longtime principal Charles Mingo.
