New/Previous Leadership: Board of Education administrators chose Diane Dyer-Dawson, principal at Proviso East High School in Maywood, in August to succeed Loretta Lawrence. Lawrence, former principal of Jefferson Elementary, was appointed by the board last spring to replace another short-timer, Luvenia Williams, who had been selected by the Collins Local School Council in 1999.
