Tue Jan 29, 2008 at 6:46 PMBy: realist Tuesday Morning News CPS can fire the teachers and administrators every year and it's not going to make a difference. What nobody wants to acknowledge is that the problem is the quality of the student body. Since the student body cannot be fired, the only option is the delusion that the problem is the teachers.
