The story title gives it away (Growing corporate support of Chicago schools poses questions), along with some of the graphics (a list of major corporate involvement in six Chicago charters, for example). But in the end the story is more about providing useful information -- a list of Renaissance Fund contributors, a map of Ren10 schools -- than about any definitive statements over business involvement in education reform. It's good to remember, also, that schools have almost always had connections to business, formal or not, and that keeping business out of schools almost guarantees their indifference.[/html]
