The number one for me is the Suck Up. I can handle the note takers, the questioners, the early-packing-uppers, the grade grubbers, but the Suck Up drives me INSANE.

My personal favorite of annoying administrators is the Iron Fist in the Velvet Glove. "We invite you to the auditorium for today's professional development session," she (they're often she's) will announce over the loudspeaker. Invite, my foot.
